EMERGENCY services are dealing with a car blaze on a Hampshire motorway.
The green Rover was alight on the Junction 12 slip road on the M3 northbound near Otterbourne, but no-one was inside by the time fire crews arrived.
Police closed one lane of the slip road in response to the incident, shortly after 3.15pm , which has left the Rover 75 completely burnt out.
The fire is now out and police are waiting for a pick-up truck to remove the vehicle.
Three fire engines, two from Eastleigh and one from Hightown, attended and used a hose and two breathing apparatus to put out the flames.
It is not yet known what caused the fire, but Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said there was no indication of a prior collision.
No-one was hurt in the incident.
