A DEMENTIA patient in a Southampton care home died of natural causes, an inquest heard.
Betty Carr was prescribed a range of medication to treat her vascular dementia, but her condition deteriorated after several falls.
The 87-year-old, widow of retired prison officer Arthur Carr, died on October 27 in Western Community Hospital, where she was detained under safeguards for at-risk mental health patients.
