CAMPAIGNERS fighting against a controversial documentary about life on a Southampton street will stage a public march in the city today.
The ‘We are Southampton’ march has been organised to drum up extra support for a forthcoming rally at the London headquarters of Channel 4 who will be airing Immigration Street later this year.
Organisers hope people will attend the event which begins at Southampton Solent University at 11.30am, where residents can make banners before the march at 1pm.
People will then head from there down Derby Road to Maytree Nursery and Infant School where there will be a public meeting from 2pm to 4pm.
