Police investigaiton launched after body found near footpath
A police investigation has been launched after a body was found lying near a Hampshire footpath.
Emergency services were called at 7.54am this morning after the discovery of a man's body by a footpath in Pilgrims Way, Andover.
Police attended and closed off the scene to enable the recovery of the body of a 26-year-old man from Andover.
The man's next-of-kin has been informed.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
