Fire crews raced to a fire behind a charity shop for the second time in three days this morning.
In the early hours, Eastleigh firefighters were called to a bin fire behind a charity store in Falklands Road, Eastleigh.
With the bin ‘well alight’ on arrival at 1.15am, one engine took half an hour to bring it under control.
An investigation has also been launched after a fire broke out in a bin store, gutting a charity’s van behind an Oxfam furniture store just after 5am yesterday morning.
Fire crews said they had acknowledged that it was the second time in three days they had attended a fire behind a charity store, but had not linked them.
