Police are appealing for witnesses
EMERGENCY services have rushed to the scene of a car fire this morning.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services spent over an hour tackling the blaze which completely destroyed the vehicle.
They received reports of a single car on fire near Janesmoor Pond in Stoney Cross at 5.24am today.
One engine from Lyndhurst Fire Station was on the scene and police are reportedly in attendance investigating.
No one has been reported as injured and the cause of the fire is unknown.
The stop message came in at 6.28am and no roads were closed during the incident.
