AN INQUEST has been opened into the death of an Eastleigh woman who found at her home by a friend.
Sally Jane Denley, aged 67, was discovered on November 13 at her address in Newtown Road.
A post mortem by consultant pathologist Balvinder Shoker gave causes of death as subdural haematoma and alcohol toxicity.
The inquest was opened by senior coroner Christopher Wilkinson at Winchester Coroner’s Court.
Mr Wilkinson adjourned the inquest for a full hearing at Winchester Coroner’s Court on June 4 next year.
