TWO cars have been severely damaged following a fire in a Hampshire village.
Firefighters rushed to battle a blaze at a property in Meadowsweet Way, Horton Heath this afternoon.
Crews from Hightown Fire Station and Botley Fire Station raced to tackle the blaze which broke out in a garage.
Two vehicles were "severely damaged" however no one was reported at injured.
The emergency call was made at 2.26pm with a stop message coming in at 3.20pm.
According to a spokesperson for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services, the police were informed but did not need to attend.
*1426* @Botley38 @Hightown56 have just finished dealing with a fire in Meadowsweet Way, Horton Heath. Fire involved two cars in a garage 5m x 5m in size, attached to property. One hosereel, one jet, two breathing apparatus worn. Light smoke logging to property. Stop at 1520hrs.
