FIREFIGHTERS were called yesterday evening to a fire on board a train.
Crews from Portchester, Cosham and Fareham were mobilised just before 6pm last night to a train station in Portchester.
There was a small fire on board a train which was out by the time the fire crews were on the scene.
The scene was deemed safe and handed over to Network Rail with crews stepping down at about 6.30pm.
