POLICE attended the scene of a van fire which partly closed a section of a Hampshire motorway this morning.
Two lanes of the M27 were closed between Junction 1 and Junction 2 (Eastbound) as crews dealt with the incident, though all lane have now reopened.

Fire crews were alerted after smoke was seen coming from a van on the hard shoulder.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Fire ans Rescue Service said: "We were called at 10:53 today to the M27 eastbound between junctions one and two to a van fire.
"Fire engines from Redbridge, Lyndhurst and Ringwood attended and the fire was extinguished using a hose reel."
The fire was extinguished by 11.50am.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary confirmed that no injuries were reported and the fire is not being treated as suspicious.

The M27 is closed at this time between these junctions
There were delays of 25 minutes but traffic has now eased.
