A FIRE broke out at Port Hamble Marina this morning.
Firefighters raced to a boat building yard at the Marina at around 10.23am today.
The owners of a warehouse were forced to evacuate while crews from St Mary's, Hightown, Eastleigh and Fareham tackled the blaze.
The fire was put out using four sets of breathing apparatus, main jets and hose reel jets.

The situation was under control by around 12.20pm with emergency crews leaving the area shortly after.
The station manager for St Mary's Fire Station, Nev Lewendon, said the cause of the blaze is still being investigated.
Furthermore, damage to the building was mainly smoke damage.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "The owners of the business have been thanked for evacuating the building quickly and working with HIWFRS to make sure everyone was accounted for and safe.
"If there is a fire you should get out, stay out and call 999."
