FIREFIGHTERS raced to tackle a combine harvester fire last night.
A crew from Beaulieu Fire Station raced to Lymington Road in East End following reports of smoke pouring from a combine harvester.
One hose reel was used to tackle the blaze at around 6.15pm.
The fire was put out by 7pm and the police were not involved.
In a separate incident, a crew, also from Beaulieu were called to reports of bush fire near the Tesco superstore in Sizer Way, Dibden.
However, on arrival, they found a pile of rubbish on fire at around 6.30pm.
It was put out by 7pm and no one was injured, according to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.
