A WOMAN'S body has been found in a popular waterfront park.
Officers were called to Mayflower Park at 6am today.
Work to identify the woman and her family is ongoing.
The death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
It is not clear where exactly the body was found.

The park was closed off by police this morning with firefighters also on the scene at the edge of the water.
A spokesperson for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said: "St Mary’s firefighters were called to assist Hampshire Constabulary partners at Mayflower Park at 8.25am this morning.
"The crew left the scene at 9.15am with the incident left with police."
