Top Gun: Maverick, Elvis, Encanto and The Greatest Showman Sing-A-Long are among the movies set to be shown at the National Motor Museum as Adventure Cinema expands into the New Forest.

Mamma Mia!, Cars and Back to the Future will also hit the big screen during this May bank holiday weekend, from Friday to Monday. 

Whether packing a picnic to share with pals or enjoying a big family outing,a variety of on-site food and drink options will also be available.

If you like tractors, you’ll love Longdown during this special tractor weekend when staff at the farm will be welcoming their friends from The New Forest Vintage Tractor and Engine Club.

Tractor enthusiasts will be delighted to have the opportunity to see a variety of tractors from yesteryear featuring names such as Ferguson, Fordson, Nuffield, and many more.

The usual schedule of activities, from goat feeding to baby animal encounter, will continue as usual during the event, on Saturday and Sunday.

At Mayflower Park...

For one day only, the car park at Mayflower Park is being replaced with deck chairs - come play games, listen to live music, have a picnic and celebrate the potential of Southampton's fantastic waterfront park.

The Waterfront Fun Day will take place on Saturday (May 27) between 11am and 3pm.

Enjoy food, games, footballl, music and a picnic at this event, organised by Southampton National Park City and Old Town Community Forum.

At Calshot Activities Centre...

On Sunday, Calshot Activities Centre will be hosting the annual Emergency Services Day, bringing together the Police, Fire & Ambulance services, along with Calshot RNLI.

Emergency Services Day is a free community engagement event, suitable for all ages, that is designed to raise awareness of the work that each of the services undertakes.

Visitors will be able to sit in a selection of lifeboats, police cars, fire engines and ambulances as well as meet the people that crew them and hear their own unique stories.

Additionally, teams from HM Coastguard, Air Ambulance, Hampshire Search & Rescue, Forestry England, Solent Rescue and the Police & Fire Preservation Vehicles will be attending.

The free event runs from 10am to 4pm.
