IT'S the funky venue with beach club and airline themed bars which has proved a Southampton institution in its 22 years at the forefront of the city's nightlife scene.
Orange Rooms, the beloved bar attracting partygoers since 2001, has just opened a beer garden with a difference. The Miami Beach Club, in the backyard first used as an outside space during the pandemic, is proving particularly popular during the glorious recent weather.
Tucked away in Vernon Walk, between Bedford Place and London Road, Orange Rooms also boasts the Mile High Club The aviation themed space has nostalgic décor. Guests boarding the flight experience can expect real aircraft seats, cabin crew, overhead lockers, and are given a passport on arrival, which they. can get stamped with every drink purchase.

As well as the main room, there's a party room, apres ski area and the Tiki bar, where crazy, kitsch and cool is the order of the day with tropical flaming cocktails, smoking dry ice and tiki mugs galore.
Director Peter Toland told the Daily Echo: "All the areas are really popular and we've just opened the new Miami Beach Club. It's very Instagrammable, very bright and colourful. People are loving it out there!
"You've got to change with the times and with what clientele want.
"We're about to celebrate our 22nd birthday and it's important to keep the momentum going, stay relevant and keep the brand strong.
"We try to think differently and think outside the box. We manage to drag people out somehow!
"I think we do appeal to everyone, with our customers ranging in age from about 18 to 50. Everyone has a good time at Orange!"

The super selection of cocktails are two for £11 before 11pm every day with a bottomless cocktail offer for two hours for £20.
Bottomless brunches, with themes including the Spice Girls, Mamma Mia, Taylor Swift, 90s, Disney, Beyonce, Britney Spears and drag shows, are available on Saturdays, priced £29.
Million Dollar Men, a Magic Mike tribute, is among the special events set to hit Orange Rooms this summer.
A current offer for private parties will see the bar double the value of any pre-ordered drinks.
