IT'S all about the views at this delightful seafront pub with glorious Isle of Wight and Solent vistas.
But staff at The Osborne View at Hill Head ensure that's not all customers have to rave about.
Hearty pub classics, delicious Sunday roasts, and locally brewed Badger Beers are all served with a smile.
The pub, named after Queen Victoria's former royal residence Osborne House, now an English Heritage site, which sits just across the water in Cowes, also boasts a beach bar in its impressive beer garden.
There is room for 250 in the various rooms inside with seating for another 250 outdoors.
General manager Steve Young, who has been with various other pubs in the Hall & Woodhouse family since 2016, including The Plough at Bursledon and Titchfield Mill, took over at The Osborne View in February.
He told the Daily Echo: "The view is incredible, even on a cloudy day and that's a massive positive, but we make absolutely sure we don't take that for granted.
"We're very aware we've got a fantastic view and we try to always give ten out of ten hospitality as well and be the first choice for everyone.
"It's quality products throughout and although we're often chock-a-block, we serve everyone as quickly as we possibly can.
"We as a business are always looking for opportunities and ways to keep our guests happy. We're a fairly new team and we have lots of plans going forward."
The pub, which was originally a hotel before being snapped up by the brewery in the late 1990s, enjoys a mix of formal and informal dining.

Guests on the outdoor picnic benches, which can't be booked in advance, can tuck into a selection of hand stretched pizzas. Meanwhile, indoor diners tend to enjoy the signature Steak and Tanglefoot Ale pie or a roast dinner.
Flavoured ciders and seasonal cocktails are currently proving popular behind the bar and dozens of locals and visitors are taking up the offer of breakfast, served from 10am each day.
Nautical themed decor adorns the walls of the pub, which is happy to host any event, party or special occasion.
A monthly quiz and regular live music will start in September.
