IT'S one of Southampton's most Instagrammable venues, a trendy bar with roof top garden, a bath perfect for pictures and plenty of pink flamingoes.
Funky Flamingo, in the city centre's Winchester Street, is famous for its hip decor, superb cocktails and delicious Italian menu.
The venue, which opened its doors during the pandemic, hosts a popular bottomless brunch on weekends and appeals to a multi-generational audience, particularly hen dos.

Sij Islam, from Funky Flamingo, told the Daily Echo: "The theme was just something we brainstormed. We wanted to do something which was mainly girlie and for the Instagram generation.
"Once we started, it spiralled into something more than that. It was a developing idea really. Funky Flamingo is very picturesque and perfect for Instagram."
Party-goers like to have their picture taken lying in a bath full of 'soft play' balls or against a living wall.
Everyone wants to try the Sex on the Roof cocktail, a fitting twist on the classic Sex on the Beach, alongside a whole host of other favourites like daiquiris and pornstar martinis.
Funky Flamingo, which has a sister venue in Romsey, offers a bottomless brunch on Friday nights and Saturdays. For £30 per person, customers can enjoy two hours of cocktails, mocktails and selected beers alongside a meal from a menu of pizza, pasta and other Italian treats. There are also two for one drinks deals on weekdays and collaborations which include free entry to neighbouring Buddha Lounge.
Business is brisk, despite the cost of living crisis.
Sij added: "We're getting the numbers through the doors, but I would say the amount of money people are spending has dropped a bit.
"People are more cautious and they expect value for money. They still want to go out and meet friends but it's often later and they pre-drink at home.
"Most of the businesses on Bedford Place have kept their prices the same, just absorbing the cost themselves."
The successful small chain is looking to expand into surrounding areas in future and could open a third venue as soon as next year.
