It's a hidden gem of a pub, a beachside historic manor house with spectacular views of the water and its own pub cat.
Ginger moggy Lancelot is a popular fixture at The Beach House at Milford on Sea, the perfect place for casual drinks in the pub garden while taking in the views, some great pub food in the restaurant or to bed down for the night in one of 14 hotel rooms.
The rather famous cat, who loves to bask in the sun all over the property he feels he owns, was actually named as a 'fixture and fitting' in the sale of the building to Hall & Woodhouse back in 2012 and has been delighting customers ever since.

Visitors flock to The Beach House for the panoramic views of the Isle of Wight and The Needles, if they can find it that is.
General manager Samantha Wright told the Daily Echo: "It's all about the view, it's an absolutely stunning place no matter what time of year you come, there's always a different spectacular view to look at.
"But you don't know how many people come in and say I didn't know it was here or I didn't know it was open to the public. I need an illuminated sign!"
Once a summer house for the family of German electrical engineer Alexander Siemens, Westover Hall became a hotel in 1977. It was renamed The Beach House during the Hall & Woodhouse purchase 11 years ago.
The Grade II listed building was given a makeover last year, but all the lovely features remain, including stained glass windows and all manner of nooks and crannies.
Aperol Spritz has been the drink of the summer, alongside the staple ales Badgers Best, Tanglefoot and Fursty Ferret.
Fish and chips and any fish or seafood from the specials board go down a storm in this location and the steak and ale pie featuring the brewery's own Tanglefoot is another favourite.
Everybody is welcome at this delightful establishment, which prides itself on being family and dog friendly and lies close to some of the best walks around.
