The latest headline act for an upcoming Southampton festival has been announced.
Kaiser Chiefs are set to perform at the Southampton Summer Sessions series at Guildhall Square next summer.
The British indie rockers join previously announced Nile Rodgers and CHIC on the growing lineup of acts.
Peter Taylor, co-founder, of event promoter Cuffe & Taylor, said: “We think Kaiser Chiefs are a perfect fit for Summer Sessions’ first year in Southampton.
“Over almost twenty years they have established themselves as one of the best British bands on the live circuit and have so many hits that Southampton can only expect an unmissable night of music.
“We’ll see you in June.”

Kaiser Chiefs will take to the stage on June 30 2024 as part of Summer Sessions' very first stint in Southampton.
The city shows will take place throughout June, seeing Guildhall Square transformed into a destination for world-leading live acts and music fans alike.
Tickets to the Kaiser Chiefs show go on general sale on November 17 at 9am via smmrsessions.com or ticketmaster.co.uk.
