Several train services were disrupted at Southampton Central station – and this is why.
A police incident caused delays to people’s journeys on Monday evening.
British Transport Police (BTP) has since confirmed officers were called to the station at 5.10pm following concerns for the welfare of a passenger.
Colleagues from South Central Ambulance Service attended and treated the person who was suffering a medical episode.
Train services resumed at the station a couple of hours after the incident.
