What will Fareham's new Snap Fitness gym will look like?

The new workout centre will be operated by Snap Fitness and will be open to members 24-hours of the day.

Located at Market Quay in Fareham, the new gym will be Snap Fitness’ largest location across the UK.

Spread across two floors, users will enjoy a 15,000 square foot space that includes brand new  equipment for members to train with.

Members will also have instructor-led and virtual group exercise classes available.

Snap Fitness said that members will also have access to Myzone – fitness technology that adds a competitive edge to workouts by displaying real-time heart rate zones and statistics.

Snap Fitness currently has 94 franchised gyms across the UK, with Fareham being the first opening for new franchisee and the regional managing director of wellbeing, Zabir Ali.

He said: “We’re counting down the weeks now and look forward to welcoming the local community to Snap Fitness Fareham.”

Zabir continued: “Snap Fitness’ values focus on providing the most inclusive fitness experience available and our gym will be somewhere that everyone can feel comfortable to be themselves and achieve their goals.

“Our club will feature the latest state-of-the-art gym equipment in addition to offering a range of popular Les Mills fitness classes as well as other wellness services.”

“We hope these images give an exciting glimpse into what we’ll be offering as we close in on our opening.”

The gym will open to Fareham residents in late spring of 2024 and is expected to create 10 new jobs.

Memberships to Snap Fitness Fareham will go on sale in the next few weeks and anyone interested is encouraged to sign up to Snap’s VIP email list.

Snap Fitness said that those on the VIP list will be the first to hear about Early Bird discounted membership rates, the gym’s confirmed opening date, competitions and more.
