The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

DARREN BROWN, 52, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He received a two-month sentence suspended for nine months with 15 rehabilitation days. He was given a restraining order banning him from going to Charcoal Grill in Southampton for two years. Brown must pay a £154 surcharge. 

WILLIAM WILKES, 23, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton admitted theft from a motor vehicle after a mobile phone and wallet were stolen in Radcliffe Road. Wilkes was ordered to pay £100 compensation and an £80 fine. 

TAYLOR HAYES, 25, of Alandale Road, Southampton admitted five counts of vehicle interference relating to a Citreon C1, a Mini, two Mercedes and a Ford Mondeo. Hayes received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge.

ALEXANDER DIBDEN, 40, of Wallace Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after handbags were stolen from Tk Maxx in Southampton. Dibden was fined £40. 

WAYNE MOORE, 35, of Court Drive, Maidenhead pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. He received an 18-month community order with an alcohol treatment requirement, 20 rehabilitation days and a 48-month driving ban. Moore must pay a £640 fine, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

SARAH COOPER, 29, of Howards Mead, Pennington admitted to theft from a shop after meat products were stolen from Waitrose in Lymington. Cooper received a six-month community order with an alcohol treatment requirement, 20 rehabilitation days and a £40 fine. Cooper was banned from going to Waitrose, Lymington for the next 18 months. She must pay £100 compensation.

MACIEJ KRUKOWSKI, 36, of Belmont Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified on Northam Road, Southampton. Krukowski received a six-month community order with seven rehabilitation days, a £160 fine and a 12-month driving ban. He must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
