Some of the best tribute acts in the business, nods to everyone from Bon Jovi to Johnny Cash, will take to the stage in Southampton next month.
Sister venues Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios have eight tribute shows to enjoy in July.
First up, on July 3, is The Magic of Motown at Mayflower Theatre. Get ready for all the hits from artists such as Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, The Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson, and more.

The Illegal Eagles are up the following night. Celebrating over 50 years of the legendary West Coast Country Rock band The Eagles in 1971, The Illegal Eagles make a welcome return to the Mayflower Theatre with a brand-new production, featuring Hotel California, Desperado, Take It Easy, New Kid In Town, and Life In The Fast Lane.
Experience the versatility and depth of his timeless songs as the Johnny Cash Roadshow delivers all the hits such as Walk the Line, Ring of Fire, Jackson, Orange Blossom Special, and A Boy Named Sue at MAST Mayflower Studios on July 6.
Some Guys Have All The Luck: The Rod Stewart Story, is at Mayflower Theatre on July 12. From his early rock anthems like Maggie May and Stay With Me, to smooth ballads such as The First Cut Is The Deepest and You’re In My Heart, every song is electrifying.
The following night, swing into the golden age of Hollywood and experience the timeless sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. with The Rat Pack.
The Bon Jovi Experience, at MAST Mayflower Studios on July 19, is a phenomenal celebration of Bon Jovi’s timeless classics, transporting you back to the heyday of stadium rock with Livin' On a Prayer, Always, It’s My Life, You Give Love a Bad Name, and Bad Medicine.
Buddy Holly and The Cricketers, at MAST Mayflower Studios on July 26, has rock n rolled across the globe. Songs featured include That’ll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, Heartbeat, It Doesn’t Matter Anymore, Raining In My Heart, and Oh Boy!
Last but not least, enjoy all the hits from Luther Vandross. Culminating in over 40 million album sales and eight Grammy awards including many of the greatest dance anthems and love songs ever written, Luther Live is fronted by Harry Cambridge, and his ten piece band.
