UPDATE: One lane remains closed after the earlier fire.
Hampshire commuters have been warned of long delays after traffic was held due to an HGV fire.
Firefighters are at the scene of the blaze on the M25 clockwise between junction 11 and 12 for the M3.
The road has been closed due to concerns over safety with Surrey Fire and Rescue Service requesting that no traffic passes the scene.
Traffic is currently held on the #M25 clockwise between J11 and J12 (#M3).

This is due to a HGV fire.
National Highways traffic officers are on scene assisting @SurreyFRS whilst they get the fire under control.

There are currently 60-minute delays on approach and congestion is now past junction ten for the A3.
Drivers across the South East have been urged to take extra care if in the area.
