A winner's medal belonging to one of Southampton FC's 1976 heroes has sold at auction for £15,000.
Goalkeeper Ian Turner was a pivotal part of that famous day at Wembley when second tier Saints overcame mighty Manchester United by a goal to nil.
He made a series of early saves to deny United the lead before Bobby Stokes struck in the 83rd minute to give Southampton a victory still celebrated to this day.

Turner, 71, who made 107 appearances during a five year spell between the sticks at The Dell, put his medal up for sale with industry experts Graham Budd Auctions Ltd.
The auction closed at £15,000, a third more than the auctioneer's top estimate, after an online bidding war.
The medal, inscribed on the reverse with The Football Association Challenge Cup Winner Ian Turner Southampton FC 1975-76, was in great condition and displayed in its original case.
