A NEW centre has opened in Southampton for people with dementia.
The Oak Lodge Support and Well-Being Centre in Bitterne is open six days a week and provides day care and support.
It is open to residents living in the east of the city and is run by not-for-profit care provider Southampton Care Association on behalf of Southampton City Council.
Anyone interested in using the service needs to first undergo a council assessment.
For more information call Wendy Walsh at the SCA group on 023 8083 3848.
