Under the conditions of the order Robert Mongan is prohibited from: 1. Assaulting, harassing, intimidating, threatening or abusing any person who is not within the same household as himself.
2. Entering or going within 25 metres of any part of the Brookfield School (including its grounds).
3. Entering or going within 25 metres of any part of the Locks Heath Centre, except for the Genesis Centre only.
4. Entering any shop or commercial premises from which he has been banned.
5. Being in possession of alcohol in any public place.
6. Being under the influence of alcohol in any public place.
7. Being in any public place between the hours of 10pm and 7am daily (order only imposed until 26 July 2009 8. Inciting or encouraging others to commit any act prohibited by this order.
