POLICE have today released a photograph of an alleged attacker - snapped by his victim seconds after she was assaulted.
The 11-year-old girl claims she was confronted and slapped by the suspect while walking along the footpath from Oasis School towards Cromarty Road, in Lordshill, Southampton.
She was not injured, but shocked.
Shirley PC Stewart Forrester said: “I know his face is hidden, but I hope someone may be able to identify the man because of his distinctive clothing.”
The man is white, in his early twenties and speaks with an eastern European accent. He wore a blue hooded white top.
The incident took place shortly before 4pm on Thursday, November 22 Anyone with information can contact PC Forrester at Shirley on 101 or the anonymous Crimestoppers charity line on 0800 555 111.
