Plan for 97 student flats
A DEVELOPER has come forward with plans to build 97 student flats in Southampton.
He has applied to the city council for outline planning permission for a building up to six storeys high in Lodge Road.
The proposed building would contain 97 student studio flats, alongside landscaping and parking.
If the initial application is successful, the developer would have to return with proposals for full planning permission before any construction work could start.
A decision is due by May 20.
