SAINTS have reportedly verbally agreed a deal with Ajax to see Kamaldeen Sulemana move on loan with an option to buy permanently.
Kamaldeen, 22, is not part of manager Russell Martin's plans at Saints with the club actively working on the winger's departure.
The Ghanaian has made 44 appearances for Saints since signing for a potential club-record fee on deadline day in January 2023.
Kamaldeen has also been linked with interest from Galatasaray, while the Dutch transfer windows shuts tonight (Monday) - later than in England.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Saints have now verbally agreed a deal for Dutch giants Ajax to sign Kamaldeen on loan with an option to buy.

The report adds that personal terms are still being discussed with the former Stade Rennes man, who must still decide to make the move.
Kamaldeen played 25 times in the Championship for Martin last season, setting up three goals but failing to find the back of the net himself on any occasion.
He was an unused substitute as Saints won promotion to the Premier League via a 1-0 win over Leeds United in the play-off final at Wembley.
Kamaldeen picked up an ankle injury during the pre-season defeat at Oxford United and has not been seen since. He was set to return to training last week.
Saints signed wingers Ryan Fraser and Maxwel Cornet on deadline day and are now unable to register all of their senior players in their Premier League squad.
