CHRISTCHURCH striker Marc Burrows has tragically lost his fight for life.
The 30-year-old one-time Eastleigh player, who was diagnosed with cancer over Christmas, passed away yesterday morning after collapsing at his Bournemouth home.
The speed of Burrows’ passing has devastated everyone at the Hurn Bridge club, who play in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier.
It was only on December 6 that the popular frontman, who hailed from the Isle of Wight, scored twice for Priory in their 3-0 FA Vase derby win over New Milton Town.
