FORMER Saints striker Jamie White has rejoined Eastleigh.
White previously had a spell on loan at the Spitfires during the 2009/10 season.
The 21 year-old Harefield-based frontman is a product of the Saints academy.
But after an injury-hit few years he was released in the summer at the end of his contract.
White’s search for a new club was delayed when he suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury while on trial at Stockport at the end of last season.
But Saints allowed him to undergo his rehab at Staplewood despite letting him go and the determined striker is now ready to return to action.
He has joined the Spitfires on non-contract basis and Eastleigh hope to have him available for the busy festive period.
Eastleigh director of football Dave Malone said: “Jamie is seeking to regain full fitness, following his injury in the summer.
“We trust that his time with us, however long, will be of great mutual benefit.”
