EASTLEIGH are without a Boxing Day game this year.
The Spitfires' scheduled Xmas fixture against Boreham Wood has been put back a day to Tuesday, December 27 (7.45pm) at the Silverlake having been chosen for live coverage by BT Sport.
It is part of a six-match December/January package of live matches to be shown by BT, the television broadcast partner of The National League.
The festive football bonanza begins on Saturday, Decembers 17 with Macclesfield Town’s meeting with Bromley (12.15pm).
BT’s cameras then spend two days in Hampshire with the Eastleigh game preceded by the Aldershot versus Woking showdown on Boxing Day (12.15pm).
The New Year’s Day spotlight will fall on Dover Athletic’s visit to Maidstone United with a 6pm kick-off, followed on Monday, January 2 by Dagenham & Redbridge entertaining Braintree Town (7.45pm).
The sixth match is on Friday, January 20 (7.45pm) when Lincoln City welcome Dover to Sincil Bank.
