REGARDING the Test Lane business site development that was discussed by Southampton planning meeting on the evening of April 12 along with the Redbridge residents and local councillors for the local area for the setting of section 106, I am of the opinion that the planning and development manager who is being charged with the task must take notice of residents' opinions and actually disagree with Southampton council and say that all details of planning permission be refused on the grounds that it is not fit for a residential area or the field planning should be returned to the original planning restrictions of light industrial units and not the big ones Evander are proposing.
