A SOUTHAMPTON engineering consultancy is celebrating after securing three ‘significant’ contracts for properties located across the south.
Henderson Green, who are based at Carlton Crescent, Southampton have been selected to oversee the design work at the new £4.5m Archway Heights building in Islington.
Closer to home the company has also secured a deal to assist with converting Carlton House in Southampton from offices into 16 student flats.
The company will also act as a client advisor for Whiteley Reflect Contractors about mechanical and electrical services for Tesco’s London Road store along with the 12 flats that are constructed above it.
The value of the three projects for Henderson Green is worth £85,000; each project will see two lead engineers, one mechanical engineer, one electrical engineer who will provide sustainable design advice. There will also be a support team of technicians and administration staff helping too.
The managing director of Henderson Green, Russ Pitman said: “Residential building projects often pose exciting challenges, and we are delighted to be working on such a diverse set of contracts both here in Southampton and further afield in the capital.
"Each project has presented unique challenges which have enabled us to use our ‘green’ expertise and engineering design know-how, as well as offering our Client Advisor service.”
