Hampshire residents who need help with their taxes may benefit from a new HM Revenue and Customs scheme. HMRC will have phone advisers to help with taxes, tax credits and child benefit entitlements.
The scheme works by having a group of HMRC experts included in one phone call to resolve issues quickly.
For those who need a personal appointment, the phone advisors will also come to meet the customer. The service will launch in May and customers calling the HMRC helpline about a tax issue and want extra help will be referred to an adviser.
