WINCHESTER'S Durngate Property Group is putting the finishing touches to its £6m office development in Worthing.
Called Yeoman Gate, the 32,000 sq ft scheme has already received interest from businesses, with nine of its 13 units already been sold or reserved.
Designed by architects Broadway Malyan, who have an office in Southampton, the development is similar to other Durngate properties in Havant, where 17 out of 21 units have successfully been sold or are under offer, and in Farnham which has already achieved 50 per cent occupancy.
Other projects on its books include the purchase of a site at Crossways Business Park in Dartford for the development of a 100,000 sq ft office scheme and a retail and industrial development in West Bromwich in the West Midlands
