LEE Blunden, finance director of Britannia Parking, a national car park operator with its head office in Bournemouth, is the new president of the Southern Society of Chartered Accountants (SOSCA).
Lee, 38, pictured, who lives with his wife Lisa and two daughters near Bournemouth, recently helped to create a new SOSCA group for finance professionals working in business and industry across the south.
During his year in office he plans to attract more chartered accountants in Hampshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight and south Wiltshire to take part in SOSCA activities.
His deputy is Karen Wilson, of Southampton-based tax advisers Lines Wilson.
The new SOSCA team is completed by Martin Pearson, immediate past president, who takes on the role of treasurer.
