SELF-storage company Keepsafe is up and running with a new depot on the outskirts of Winchester.
Both domestic and business storage is available at the 22,500 sq ft facility at 20 Moorside Road, Winnall, Winchester.
Keepsafe is leasing from Wereldhave Property Corporation through south coast property agent King Sturge.
It is Keepsafe's ninth depot since the company started with its first premises in Southampton in 1997.
Rod Edge, managing director of KeepSafe Self-Storage, said: "We are already experiencing strong demand for our storage services from both business and domestic customers because of the convenience of this busy location."
Southampton based Matthew Poplett of King Sturge said: "Moorside Road is a popular location for storage and distribution firms thanks to its excellent position less than a mile from Junction 9 of the M3.
"We are confident this depot will strengthen Keepsafe's presence in Southern England."
King Sturge is also marketing a 41,000 sq ft warehouse unit at 30 Moorside Road and 16,700ft sq at Bar End Industrial Estate, Winchester.
