Michael Wright and Derek Beaves
COUNTY food group Hampshire Fare has appointed Michael Wright as its new chairman.
Mr Wright who recently took early retirement from his position as managing director of Newsquest Dorset, takes the reins from Derek Beaves, right, who is retiring after ten years in the voluntary role.
Hampshire Fare represents around 200 businesses across the county, ranging from local food and drink producers to hospitality venues and independent shops which sell or serve local food and drink.
Hampshire Fare celebrates its 20th anniversary next year.
