As gamers bathe in the warm fallout of a stupendous pre-Christmas gaming shower, the dawning of 2011 brings with it not only the handsome prospect of new IP, but the promise of a sequel or two. One of those highly anticipated sequels is of course Microsoft’s Gear of War 3.
Cliff Bleszinski, Director Designer of Gears of War’s development team Epic Games has just announced that new footage of the upcoming game will be shown at the VGA awards next week.
Anybody trying to guess what the new footage may show will be happy to hear, in Cliffs words "it's not what you're expecting."
We’re excited and obviously oblivious to what this may mean – but one thing we do know – we’re eager to find out when the VGA awards take place December 12, 1am.
