Wrestling is a sport enjoyed by millions globally that don't seem to care about parting with their hard earned cash to watch extremely well built men use their really bad acting skills. Don't get me wrong, I have a lot of respect for the awesome choreography and the crazy level of fitness needed, but I find it hard to fathom how anybody over the age of ten can enjoy such a clear display of pretend fighting.

But if it weren't for wrestling, gamers would never have been treated to the fantastic WWF games of the late 90's for the original PlayStation. Those games were fantastic, it was wrestling at it's very finest. Since then, wrestling games have been somewhat boring, and with every one released, I hope and pray that it will deliver the same excitement. My prayers are never answered.

The graphics in TNA Imact are pretty good looking but the character movement is appalling. The wrestlers often look like they have died and rigamortis has settled in - it's really bad. The amount of modes however is extensive and includes favourites such as Tag Matches and Ultimate X Matches.

If you have kids and they enjoy wrestling, this would be a great game to play with them if it didn't hold a 15 certification. Being an adult and having an appreciation for games is enough to realise that TNA Impact is fun but is not going to put wrestling games back on the map.
