THE Kerrang! Tour is back for 2013 – and is set to rock Southampton Guildhall on Thursday.
Organisers at the weekly music magazine have created another stellar line-up featuring headliners Black Veil Brides, Chiodos, Tonight Alive and Fearless Vampire Killers.
Following the success of the 2012 tour, this year’s line-up features some of this year’s most talked about bands.
Black Veil Brides, pictured will head back across the Atlantic to headline the tour after having a phenomenal year. They headlined their biggest UK tour to date and gained huge acclaim for their album Set The World On Fire.
Their new album Wretched and Divine will be released soon.
CANADIAN singer songwriter Billy Pettinger performs under the moniker Billy the Kid, fronts the rock band Billy and the Lost Boys and played drums in a celebrated Ramones cover band.
Now see her in all her solo glory at Hanger Farm Arts Centre with her Long Way From Home tour.
In 2010, Billy the Kid began a crowd sourcing campaign to fund her debut full-length album. She travelled thousands of miles to play fundraisers, anniversaries, birthday parties and private concerts. The result was the appropriately titled album Ours.
Hear tracks from that, her new album Stars Expanding at the gig on Sunday.
FANS will be treated to a sneak live peek of Coast’s new single Oceans, which has already received more than 70,000 YouTube plays and picked up support from Radio 1 DJs Zane Lowe and Huw Stephens.
Oceans will be released later this month, the latest track from the Southampton Celtic folk band who play The Railway in Winchester tonight.
