SOUTHAMPTON Airport is offering talented musicians in the local area a chance to perform in the airport's busy terminal.
Planning is under way for this year’s programme of Music In The Air, a series of musical performances on Friday evenings.
Last year’s debut programme saw a range of musicians from saxophonists to acoustic rock bands, youth swing groups and electric string duos entertain passengers as they travelled through the terminal.
Music in the Air is a collaboration between Southampton Music Service (the lead organisation for the Southampton Music Hub) and Southampton Airport.
The Southampton Music Hub is a network of organisations working together.
Interested musicians should contact music@southampton.gov.uk with the act/band/group name, what kind of music they play, the age of the musicians and links to samples of music.
