SOUTHAMPTON punk rockers DEAD! will launch their nationwide tour with a home town gig.
The four-piece, who are currently making a big name for themselves in the UK rock scene, kick start their eight-date tour on September 24 |with a show at The Cellar in West Marlands Road.
It comes off the back of the release of Phanton, the second single to be taken from the band’s new Dan Weller-produced EP, Tu Me Manques, which caught the attention of music publication Rock Sound.
BBC Radio 1’s Daniel P Carter supported the band by airing last single, We Are Dead on his Rock Show, and fellow DJs Zane Lowe and Phil Taggert also hopped on |board by giving them national radio play.
Zane also gave DEAD! his “next hype” recognition.
