FOUR Hampshire bands will feature at the Angry Badger Records launch party next week.
Americana / Alternative country band The Visitors, indie popsters Recreation, In Darklight, an alternative rock band, and rockers Kodiak Jack will play Orange Rooms on Thursday.
Angry Badger Records is being launched in a bid to showcase some of the fantastic local bands in the county.
Five piece The Visitors have been compared to Counting Crows and are receiving great feedback for their brand new album Travelling.
Southampton four piece Recreation have earned some great support slots with the likes of Delays and The Bluetones since their first gig supporting The Inspiral Carpets. They have two critically acclaimed self released EPs under their belts and their first single, double A side Rise and Firefly, out in June.
Hard rocking five piece Kodiak Jack’s debut single Them is also out next month.
Hailing from Andover, In Darklight are currently work on new material due to be released on Angry Badger later this year.
