If you’ve ever fancied trying out gymnastics combined with dance, this could be the weekend to give it a go.

The girls from Rhythmic South will be offering a free taster session this Saturday from 10am at Cantell School in Bassett.

Train alongside the junior and senior squads ahead of their guest appearance at this weekend’s Bath Open.

This is the second year in a row that the Southampton based team has been invited to perform at such a prestigious event. Last year was in support of the British Olympic Team’s qualification for the London Olympic Games. Rhythmic South also has a connection with the 2012 team as their head coach was also the ribbon and hoop choreographer for the London Games.

This weekend you can expect new rhythmic group choreography in both the hoop and clubs disciplines.
