TU I Teraz (Here and Now), a vibrant new play by Nicola Werenowska, centres on Polish migrant Marysia and her transition to life in England, a country she admires.

Her new life with her teenage son is interrupted, though, by the surprise arrival of her sister, Anna. This reminder of her Polish roots forces her to rethink her past, confronting a secret she thought she had left behind.

In Tu I Teraz, Werenowska examines the shared experience of Polish migrants moving to England in recent years, interweaving a tale of family loyalty. She is reunited with Out Of Joint director,Sam Potter.

Tu I Te raz – and in March, Tamasha’s The Arrival – continue The Nuffield’s exploration of this often challenging experience.

See it in the studio from Monday to Wednesday.
