SOUTHAMPTON University Players present The Forsyte Saga at The Nuffield from Tuesday, January 20.

The ultimate in family drama, it charts the progress of a well-to-do London dynasty, weaving a tale of love, obsession and deceit through the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

From Soames’ possessive love for Irene, to June’s thwarted passion for Philip Bossini, through to the breach of trust between Old Jolyon Forsyte and his wayward son, this hugely thrilling drama brings John Galsworthy’s classic novel to life.

Following on from two hugely successful television productions, the Southampton University Players bring this tale of passion, betrayal and ultimately redemption to the stage until Saturday, January 24.

Tickets are priced £12 or £10 for concessions.
