THE critically acclaimed drama Kellerman is coming to theatre Royal Winchester in a moving and accessible performance that combines digital media, creative set design and innovative physical theatre.
This is a rare opportunity for audiences to sample ambitious new work, combining compelling narrative presented in a highly original format, with a revolving two-storey set and using techniques such as flying harnesses, moving masks and stunning audiovisual projections.
Presented by Imitating the Dog, it tells the story of Harry, who is diagnosed as delusional and in a hospital where he is struggling to come to terms with a tragedy that nobody believes has taken place.
His notebooks are filled with calculations that attempt to show the past can be manipulated and the future predicted.
This gothic tale of obsessive desire, demonic doctors and monstrous nurses, explores how meddling with the past can have tragic consequences.
